What a joy it was for me to take a stroll through the grounds of Mount Gretna, PA in late August and come upon a large six foot Butterfly Bush with literally hundreds of beautiful yellow ‘Tiger Swallowtail’ butterflies resting and sipping nectar from the purple flowers. I was overwhelmed by the intensity of the contrasting colors just bursting against the backdrop of a crystal blue sky.
